【摘要】：目的探討蛋白P27、Survivin和骨橋蛋白(OPN)在前列腺癌(PCa)組織中的表達及意義。方法采用免疫組織化技術(shù)對PCa和癌旁組織標本中的蛋白P27、Survivin和OPN進行分析。結(jié)果 80例PCa組織中,蛋白P27、Survivin、OPN陽性表達率與癌旁組織,差異顯著(P=0.015);P27表達與PCa病理分期(P=0.026)、臨床分期(P=0.037)和有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.033)有關(guān),;Survivin表達與PCa病理分期(P=0.041)、臨床分期(P=0.039)和有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.031)有關(guān),OPN表達與PCa病理分期(P=0.023)、臨床分期(P=0.034)和有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.027)有關(guān);P27和Survivin,P27和OPN在PCa組織中表達呈負相關(guān)(P0.001)。結(jié)論臨床中聯(lián)合檢測蛋白P27、Survivin和OPN為前列腺癌的防治和治療提供一種治療策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of survivin and osteopontin (OPN) in prostate cancer (PCA). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the protein P27 survivin and OPN in PCA and paracancerous tissues. Results in 80 cases of PCA, the positive expression rate of protein P27, survivin and OPN was found to be higher than that in adjacent tissues. There was significant difference between the expression of P27 and pathological stage of PCA (P0. 026), clinical stage (P0. 037) and lymph node metastasis (P0. 033). The expression of survivin was related to the pathological stage of PCA (P0. 041), clinical stage (P0. 039) and lymph node metastasis (P0. 031) were related to the expression of OPN and the pathological stage of PCA (P0. 023), clinical stage was related to the expression of survivin and the pathological stage of PCA (P0. 023). The expression of P27 and survivin P27 and OPN were negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P0. 027) in PCA tissues (P0. 001). Conclusion the combined detection of protein P27 survivin and OPN provides a therapeutic strategy for the prevention and treatment of prostate cancer.
