【摘要】：目的研究Rac1和WAVE2蛋白在腎透明細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)及其相關(guān)性。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)SP法對(duì)腎透明細(xì)胞癌標(biāo)本Rac1和WAVE2的表達(dá)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果腎癌組Rac1和WAVE2表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率明顯高于癌旁組。且Rac1和WAVE2的表達(dá)水平與患者年齡、性別無(wú)明顯關(guān)聯(lián),而與腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。Rac1和WAVE2在腎癌中的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論腎癌中Rac1和WAVE2蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率高于正常腎組織,并呈正相關(guān)性,可能在腎透明細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中起關(guān)鍵作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression and correlation of Rac1 and WAVE2 proteins in renal clear cell carcinoma. Methods the expressions of Rac1 and WAVE2 in renal clear cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results the positive rate of Rac1 and WAVE2 expression in renal carcinoma group was significantly higher than that in paracancerous group. The expression levels of Rac1 and WAVE2 were not significantly correlated with age and sex, but were positively correlated with tumor metastasis. Conclusion the positive expression rate of Rac1 and WAVE2 protein in renal cell carcinoma is higher than that in normal renal tissue, which may play a key role in the development of renal clear cell carcinoma.
