【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合喹諾酮類抗菌藥物治療慢性前列腺炎的療效與安全性,以為臨床提供循證參考。方法:計算機檢索Pub Med、EMBase、Cochrane圖書館、中國生物醫(yī)學文摘數(shù)據(jù)庫、相關(guān)期刊論文、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合喹諾酮類抗菌藥物(試驗組)對比單用喹諾酮類抗菌藥物(對照組)治療慢性前列腺炎的隨機對照試驗(RCT),對符合納入標準的臨床研究進行資料提取,并采用改良后的Jadad量表進行質(zhì)量評價,采用Rev Man 5.3統(tǒng)計軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入16項RCT,合計2 368例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,試驗組患者的總有效率[RR=1.56,95%CI(1.29,1.88),P0.001]、美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院慢性前列腺炎癥狀指數(shù)評分[MD=-6.97,95%CI(-8.67,-5.26),P0.001]、疼痛癥狀評分[MD=-3.18,95%CI(-3.92,-2.44),P0.001]、排尿障礙評分[MD=-1.62,95%CI(-1.85,-1.38),P0.001]、生活質(zhì)量評分[MD=-2.16,95%CI(-2.89,-1.43),P0.001]、前列腺液白細胞計數(shù)[MD=-8.90,95%CI(-11.79,-6.02),P0.001]和復發(fā)率[RR=0.22,95%CI(0.12,0.42),P0.001]均顯著優(yōu)于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義;兩組患者不良反應發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義[RR=0.49,95%CI(0.11,2.13),P=0.34]。結(jié)論:前列舒通膠囊聯(lián)合喹諾酮類抗菌藥物治療慢性前列腺炎的療效優(yōu)于單用喹諾酮類抗菌藥物,安全性相當。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qianlieshutong capsule combined with quinolones in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods: a computerized search was conducted for the Pub Medsite EMBase Cochrane Library, the Chinese Biomedical Abstract Database, the full text Database of Chinese Journals, the Chinese Sci-tech Journals Database and the Wanfang Database. To collect Qianlieshutong capsule combined with quinolones antibiotics (test group) as compared with the control group treated with quinolones antibiotics (control group) in a randomized controlled trial (RCTT) for chronic prostatitis, and to extract the data of clinical studies that met the inclusion criteria. The improved Jadad scale was used to evaluate the quality and the Rev Man 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.
