【摘要】：目的探討腫瘤壞死因子相關(guān)誘導(dǎo)凋亡配體(TRAIL)在前列腺癌發(fā)病機制中的作用。方法取石蠟包埋的前列腺癌組織(前列腺癌組)和良性前列腺增生組織(良性前列腺增生組)各50例,免疫組化法測定兩組組織中TRAIL蛋白的表達。結(jié)果前列腺癌組TRAIL蛋白的陽性表達率和陽性表達強度均顯著高于良性前列腺增生組(依次為:86.00%vs 66.00%;0.180±0.043 vs 0.128±0.021 OD值)(P0.05或P0.01)。前列腺癌組TRAIL蛋白的陽性表達率和陽性表達強度分別在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期之間、伴有和不伴有骨/淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移之間差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(依次為:88.89%vs 84.38%,0.181±0.051 vs 0.179±0.029;89.47%vs 75.00%,0.182±0.044 vs 0.181±0.036)(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 TRAIL在前列腺癌組織中表達增強,但與TMN分期、骨/淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移無關(guān),增強表達的TRAIL可能與前列腺組織的惡化有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand trail in the pathogenesis of prostate cancer. Methods the expression of TRAIL protein in paraffin embedded prostate cancer (prostate cancer group) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (benign prostatic hyperplasia group) was determined by immunohistochemical method.
