【摘要】：代謝組學是研究生物體內源性小分子代謝物的新興學科。代謝組學通過對體液、細胞及組織的研究,在男性不育療效評價中發(fā)揮著重要作用。這種高信息量、無創(chuàng)、快速的研究技術進入臨床應用將成為未來的發(fā)展趨勢。本文介紹了代謝組學及其分析技術和數(shù)據(jù)處理過程,并介紹了代謝組學對男性不育有害物質暴露、生物標志物和藥物治療等的研究,對其在男性不育病因探究和診療中的最新研究進展進行了綜述,最后提出代謝組學在男性生殖領域的研究前景。
[Abstract]:Metabonomics is a new subject of endogenous small molecule metabolites in graduate students. Metabonomics plays an important role in evaluating the efficacy of male infertility through the study of body fluids, cells and tissues. This high-information, non-invasive, rapid research technology into clinical application will become the future development trend. This paper introduced metabolomics, its analysis technology and data processing process, and introduced the research of metabolomics to male infertility harmful substance exposure, biomarkers and drug therapy, etc. The latest research progress in the etiology and diagnosis and treatment of male infertility was reviewed. Finally, the prospect of metabolomics in male reproduction was proposed.
