【摘要】：越來(lái)越多的研究表明,慢性腎臟病(CKD)患者普遍存在炎癥反應(yīng),且炎癥反應(yīng)可加快CKD的進(jìn)展。多種因素參與了CKD介導(dǎo)的全身炎癥反應(yīng)及氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。近期有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)腸道菌群的改變及腸黏膜上皮屏障功能失調(diào)與CKD有密切聯(lián)系。CKD患者腸道菌群的種類及數(shù)量常發(fā)生改變,腸黏膜上皮細(xì)胞的緊密連接受損,腸道滲透壓升高,毒素進(jìn)入血液,引起全身炎癥反應(yīng)及氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng),從而導(dǎo)致CKD進(jìn)展。本文就腸道菌群及腸黏膜上皮屏障功能與CKD關(guān)系作一綜述。
[Abstract]:More and more studies have shown that chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients have a common inflammatory response, and inflammatory response can accelerate the progress of CKD. Many factors are involved in CKD mediated systemic inflammation and oxidative stress. Recent studies have found that the alteration of intestinal flora and the dysfunction of intestinal mucosal epithelial barrier are closely related to CKD. The types and quantity of intestinal flora often change, the tight connection of intestinal mucosal epithelial cells is damaged, and the intestinal osmotic pressure is increased. Toxins enter the blood, causing systemic inflammation and oxidative stress, leading to the progression of CKD. This article reviews the relationship between intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal epithelial barrier function and CKD.
