【摘要】：正尿酸腎損傷是包括急性尿酸腎病(UAN)、慢性尿酸鹽腎病~([1])和尿酸腎結(jié)石~([2])在內(nèi)的一組疾病,三者可互相重疊。既往有學(xué)者將慢性尿酸鹽腎病稱為"痛風(fēng)腎病",但由于痛風(fēng)指高尿酸血癥的關(guān)節(jié)損傷,與慢性尿酸鹽腎病同屬高尿酸血癥的并發(fā)癥,故不推薦使用痛風(fēng)腎病的名稱。尿酸腎損傷主要由尿酸和尿酸鹽結(jié)晶在腎臟沉積而引起的氧化應(yīng)激、炎性反應(yīng)等所致。短時(shí)間尿尿酸水平急劇升高可導(dǎo)致UAN,而長期尿尿酸水平升
[Abstract]:Positive uric acid renal injury is a group of diseases including acute uric acid nephropathy, chronic uric acid nephropathy ([1]) and uric acid nephrolithiasis ([2]), which can overlap each other.Some scholars have called chronic uric acid nephropathy "gout nephropathy", but because of the joint injury of hyperuricemia and the complication of hyperuricemia with chronic uric acid nephropathy, it is not recommended to use the name of gout nephropathy.Uric acid renal injury is mainly caused by oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction caused by the deposition of uric acid and uric acid crystals in the kidney.A sharp increase in uric acid levels in a short period of time can lead to UANs, while long-term uric acid levels rise.
