【摘要】：目的：研究七葉皂苷鈉及其聯合邁之靈治療陰囊術后腫脹的臨床效果，從而為陰囊術后腫脹患者康復提供更好的治療。方法：附睪炎術后患者共132例，根據從術后第一天開始用藥不同隨機進行分組：治療組：單用七葉皂苷鈉組(A1:32例),單用邁之靈組(A2:35例),七葉皂苷鈉聯合邁之靈治療組(A3:45例)，，其他處理與對照組相同；對照組：不用上述藥物只行常規(guī)對癥治療組（B:20例）。每組病例術后均采用臥床休息、陰囊術后常規(guī)護理等對癥治療。觀察分析應用七葉皂苷鈉及其聯合邁之靈在治療組中的愈合情況，分別觀察分析治療組與對照組術后陰囊腫脹程度及恢復時間、切口愈合時間的差異性，并觀察治療組中在術后藥物常見不良反應的差異性。對數據資料行統(tǒng)計學分析，統(tǒng)計方法：運用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件行數據資料分析。結果：附睪炎術后患者中治療組（A1、A2、A3）較對照組(B)在術后陰囊腫脹程度及恢復時間（48h、96h、7d時均有統(tǒng)計學意義，P0.05）、切口愈合時間（P0.05）有明顯優(yōu)勢；單用七葉皂苷鈉組(A1)和單用邁之靈組(A2)在術后陰囊腫脹程度及恢復時間（48h、96h、7d時比較均無統(tǒng)計學意義，P0.05）、切口愈合時間（P0.05）無明顯差異，單用七葉皂苷鈉組(A1)較單用邁之靈組(A2)術后藥物常見不良反應多見（P0.05）；七葉皂苷鈉聯合邁之靈片治療組（A3）在術后陰囊腫脹程度及恢復時間（48h、96h、7d時比較均有統(tǒng)計學意義，P 0.05)、切口愈合時間（P0.05）明顯優(yōu)于單用七葉皂苷鈉組(A1)及單用邁之靈組(A2)，七葉皂苷鈉聯合邁之靈片治療組（A3）較單用七葉皂苷鈉組(A1)在術后藥物常見不良反應少見（P0.05），但較單用邁之靈組(A2)術后常見藥物不良反應多見（P0.05）；說明七葉皂苷鈉聯合邁之靈治療陰囊術后腫脹更有效。結論：1、七葉皂苷鈉、邁之靈均是對抗?jié)B出、消腫脹極為有效的藥物,對陰囊術后腫脹效果明顯；2、二者聯合用藥更有效，患者術后切口愈合時間縮短，可短期內出院，并減少醫(yī)生工作量。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the clinical effect of sodium aescinate and its combination with mazilin in the treatment of postoperative scrotal swelling, and to provide better treatment for the patients with scrotum postoperative swelling.Methods: 132 patients with epididymitis were treated after operation.According to the first day after operation, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group: A1: 32 cases were treated with sodium aescinate alone, the group A 2: 35 cases were treated with Maxiling alone, and 45 cases were treated with sodium aescinate combined with maisuling. The other treatments were the same as those in the control group.Control group: 20 cases were treated with routine treatment group without the above drugs.Patients in each group were treated with bed rest and routine nursing after scrotum operation.To observe and analyze the healing condition of the treatment group with sodium aescinate and its combination with Maxiline, and observe the difference of the degree of scrotum swelling, recovery time and wound healing time after operation between the treatment group and the control group.The differences of common adverse drug reactions in the treatment group were observed.Statistical analysis of data data, statistical methods: the use of SPSS17.0 statistical software data analysis.Results: compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the degree of scrotal swelling and recovery time between the treatment group and the control group (P 0.05) and the wound healing time (P 0.05).Sodium aescinate alone was more common adverse drug reaction (P 0.05) than that of Maxiling group (P < 0.05), and the degree of scrotum swelling and recovery time of scrotum was significantly higher in the group treated with sodium aescinate combined with mazhiling tablet than that in group A _ 2. There was significant difference in the degree of scrotum swelling and recovery time at the end of 96h and 7d after operation.The common adverse drug reactions (P0.05) were more commonly seen in the group A _ 2 than those in the group A _ 2 alone, indicating that sodium aescinate combined with maziling was more effective in the treatment of postoperative swellings in scrotum.Conclusion 1%, sodium aescinate and maisuling are effective drugs for anti-exudation and anti-swelling. The combined use of the two drugs is more effective, and the wound healing time is shortened, and the patients can be discharged from hospital in a short time.And reduce the workload of doctors.
