【摘要】：目的：探討經(jīng)皮腎鏡取石術后尿源性膿毒癥的危險因素，為PCNL術前術后預防尿源性膿毒癥提供理論依據(jù)。 方法：回顧性分析2011年9月至2013年9月遵義醫(yī)學院附屬醫(yī)院行經(jīng)皮腎鏡取石術資料完整患者386例，術后并發(fā)尿源性膿毒癥35例。對術后尿源性膿毒癥的相關因素進行單因素和多因素相關分析。 結果：單因素分析結果示：女性患者（P=0.000），糖尿病病史（P=0.003），術前未使用抗生素（P=0.036），，結石直徑＞2cm（P=0.041）與PCNL術后尿源性膿毒癥相關。多因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn)女性(P=0.000)、糖尿病史(P=0.005)為PCNL術后尿源性膿毒癥的危險因素。 結論：女性和糖尿病病史為PCNL術后尿源性膿毒血癥的獨立危險因素，對高�；颊咝g前予以抗感染治療，能減少術后尿源性膿毒癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the risk factors of urogenic sepsis after percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of urogenic sepsis before and after PCNL.Methods: 386 patients with complete data of percutaneous nephrolithotomy from September 2011 to September 2013 in affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College were analyzed retrospectively.Univariate and multivariate correlation analysis was performed on the related factors of urinary sepsis after operation.Results: the results of univariate analysis showed that P0. 000 of female patients, P0. 003 of diabetic history, no use of antibiotic P0. 036, diameter of stone > 2 cm, P0. 041) were associated with urogenic sepsis after PCNL.Multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors of urogenic sepsis after PCNL were 0.000 and 0.005 in women and diabetes mellitus respectively.Conclusion: the history of female and diabetes mellitus is an independent risk factor for urogenic sepsis after PCNL.
