【摘要】：正在健康人體內(nèi),鎂離子的攝入和排出是一個(gè)平衡狀態(tài)~(〔1〕),包括腸道吸收、骨骼的存儲(chǔ)交換和腎臟的排泄。腎臟是調(diào)節(jié)鎂平衡的重要器官,約95%的鎂離子通過(guò)腎小管被重吸收,髓袢升支粗段可重吸收60%左右。正常成人血清鎂水平在0.75~1.0 mmol/L,低鎂血癥定義為血清鎂低于0.75 mmol/L,高鎂血癥即血鎂含量高于1.0 mmol/L~(〔2〕)。人體內(nèi)50%~60%的鎂位
[Abstract]:In healthy humans, the uptake and excretion of magnesium ions is a balanced state, including intestinal absorption, bone storage and exchange, and kidney excretion. The kidney is an important organ for regulating magnesium balance, and about 95% of magnesium ions are reabsorbed through renal tubules. The normal adult serum magnesium level is 0. 75 鹵1. 0 mmol / L, hypomagnesemia is defined as serum magnesium below 0. 75 mmol / L, hypermagnesiemia is above 1. 0 mmol / L, blood magnesium content is higher than 1. 0 mmol / L, the magnesium level in the human body is 50% or 60%.
