【摘要】：根治性前列腺切除術(shù)是局限性前列腺癌的主要治療方法。手術(shù)后早期腫瘤控制效果、術(shù)后尿控和勃起功能恢復(fù)三個方面是該手術(shù)面臨的重要問題。關(guān)于前列腺癌根治性手術(shù)發(fā)展有3個關(guān)鍵節(jié)點,包括1982年Walsh PC首次提出解剖性根治性前列腺切除術(shù);1992年Schuessler等完成首例腹腔鏡下根治性前列腺切除術(shù)以及2001年Binder和Kramer首次報道機(jī)器人輔助腹腔鏡根治性前列腺切除術(shù)。本文詳細(xì)介紹了前列腺癌治療采用機(jī)器人輔助手術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、進(jìn)展及發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Radical prostatectomy is the main treatment for localized prostate cancer. Three aspects of postoperative urinary control and erectile function recovery are important problems facing the operation. There are three key nodes in the development of radical prostate cancer surgery. Including the first anatomical radical prostatectomy proposed by Walsh PC in 1982, the first laparoscopic radical prostatectomy performed by Schuessler et al on 1992, and the first robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy reported by Binder and Kramer on 2001.
