【摘要】：正患者男,45歲。因進(jìn)行性排尿困難3個(gè)月入院。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:前列腺特異性抗原(prostate specific antigen,PSA)0.93ng/ml。MRI:平掃見前列腺區(qū)巨大團(tuán)塊狀等T1長(zhǎng)T2信號(hào),信號(hào)不均,約50mm×73mm×58mm,DWI高b值上彌散受限呈高信號(hào),ADC圖呈低信號(hào),未見明確正常前列腺組織。動(dòng)態(tài)掃描示病變部分早期呈快速、明顯強(qiáng)化,中晚期維持在較高水平,動(dòng)態(tài)曲線呈"速升平臺(tái)型"(圖1)。MRS:病變區(qū)枸櫞酸
[Abstract]:The patient was 45 years old. He was admitted to hospital for 3 months due to progressive dysuria. Laboratory examination: prostate specific antigen (specific antigenosis): prostate antigenosis: 0.93ng / ml. MRI: plain scan showed large lumps of prostatic area with iso-T _ 1 and long T _ 2 signal intensity, and the signal intensity was uneven. About 50mm 脳 73mm 脳 58mm DWI, the diffusion limited on high b value showed low signal intensity and no clear normal prostate tissue. Dynamic scanning showed that the lesion was fast and obviously enhanced in early stage, and maintained at a high level in middle and late stage. The dynamic curve is a "fast-rising platform" (fig. 1. MRS: citric acid in the lesion area).
