【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,男,57歲,因"右側(cè)腰背部酸痛不適伴發(fā)熱1個(gè)月"于2013-08-26入住滕州市中心人民醫(yī)院泌尿外科。患者既往有間歇性全程肉眼血尿病史3個(gè)月余,血尿主要表現(xiàn)為間斷性發(fā)作,發(fā)作時(shí)常伴有腰痛癥狀,間隔時(shí)間無規(guī)律,經(jīng)抗感染治療有效。查體:體溫最高39.5℃,右腎區(qū)叩擊痛陽(yáng)性。2013-08-26行CT檢查顯示,右腎體積明顯增大,腎實(shí)質(zhì)密度不勻,可見多發(fā)斑片狀低密度灶,右腎周筋膜影模糊(圖1A),初
[Abstract]:One case report, male 57 years old. The patient was admitted to the Department of Urology of the Central people's Hospital of Tengzhou in 2013-08-26 because of "pain in the right back with fever for 1 month". The patient had a history of intermittent hematuria during the whole period of time for more than 3 months.
