【摘要】：目的:研究分析不同麻醉老年患者術后認知功能障礙的情況。方法:選擇2015年1月至2016年1月在我院進行下腹部或下肢手術的患者84例作為研究對象,采用隨機數(shù)字法將患者分為兩組,觀察組和對照組,均為42例,采用腰硬聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉方法對觀察組患者進行麻醉,采用全身麻醉方法對照組患者進行麻醉,對兩組患者術后認知功能障礙情況進行比較分析。結果:觀察組術后1天、術后3天認知功能評分與對照組存在較大差異,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組術后1天、術后3天認知功能障礙發(fā)生率比對照組低,數(shù)據(jù)差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:腰硬聯(lián)合阻滯麻醉方法應用于老年下腹部或下肢手術時,可減少患者術后認知功能障礙的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the cognitive impairment of elderly patients under different anesthesia. Methods: eighty-four patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 42) and control group (n = 42). The patients in the observation group were anesthetized by combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia, and the patients in the control group were anesthetized by general anesthesia, and the postoperative cognitive dysfunction between the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: the scores of cognitive function in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation (P 0.05). The incidence of cognitive impairment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation, and the data were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion: combined spinal and epidural block anesthesia can reduce the occurrence of cognitive impairment in elderly patients undergoing lower abdominal or lower extremity surgery.
