【摘要】：目的:探討連續(xù)硬膜外腔麻醉行無(wú)痛分娩的止痛效果及護(hù)理。方法:將88例初產(chǎn)婦隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各44例,觀察組采用硬膜外腔麻醉無(wú)痛分娩,對(duì)照組采用自然分娩,不采取任何鎮(zhèn)痛措施。結(jié)果:觀察組分娩過(guò)程中VAS評(píng)分均≤3,止痛有效率100%。兩組產(chǎn)程時(shí)限比較差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)密觀察和精心細(xì)致的護(hù)理,硬膜外腔麻醉無(wú)痛分娩效果顯著,產(chǎn)程時(shí)限明顯縮短,為孕產(chǎn)婦提供了一個(gè)安全舒適的分娩過(guò)程,提高了自然分娩率。
