【摘要】：目的回顧性分析七氟醚吸入麻醉輔助低齡兒童舌系帶矯治術中的應用效果,探討其臨床應用特點和安全性。方法選取2013年1月至2014年4月在廣州市婦女兒童醫(yī)療中心口腔科就診、符合手術適應證的1~4周歲兒童共187例,完善術前準備,術中以吸入七氟醚+氧氣進行麻醉,完成舌系帶矯治術,術中連續(xù)檢測脈搏、呼吸頻率、心電圖、血壓及末梢血氧飽和度,術后留院觀察,直至Aldrete評分≥9分方可離院,術后進行隨訪,資料統(tǒng)計分析。結果 187例患兒均在理想的麻醉狀態(tài)下完成手術,術中各項生命體征平穩(wěn),麻醉使患兒睫毛反射消失時間為30~90 s,平均時間為(48±9.3)s,手術時間為10~20 min,平均時間為(17.2±5.7)min,術后5~15 min蘇醒,平均復蘇時間為(7.4±8.3)min。復蘇期52例患兒出現煩躁哭鬧,占手術患兒的27.81%,2例(1.1%)患兒術后出現一過性發(fā)熱癥狀,術中、術后均未發(fā)生惡心、嘔吐等不良反應。術后隨訪未發(fā)現麻醉及手術不良并發(fā)癥。結論應用七氟醚吸入麻醉輔助低齡兒童舌系帶矯治術,起效快、復蘇快,不良反應少,臨床效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze retrospectively the clinical application characteristics and safety of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in the treatment of hyoid band correction in young children. Methods from January 2013 to April 2014, 187 cases of 1-4-year-old children were selected from the Department of stomatology, Guangzhou Medical Center for Women and Children. The preoperative preparation was improved and sevoflurane oxygen inhalation was used for anesthesia during the operation. The tongue band correction was completed. The pulse, respiratory rate, electrocardiogram, blood pressure and oxygen saturation of peripheral blood were continuously measured during the operation.
