【摘要】：將40例塵肺患者158例次小容量肺泡灌洗分為傳統(tǒng)組和改良組,對(duì)小容量肺泡灌洗術(shù)中兩種麻醉方法進(jìn)行比較。傳統(tǒng)組:利多卡因5 ml超聲霧化麻醉加術(shù)前肌肉注射安定5 mg;改良組:利多卡因5 ml超聲霧化麻醉加1%丁卡因3ml口咽滴注及術(shù)前肌肉注射安定5 mg。結(jié)果顯示,改良組麻醉有效率、每次灌洗量均高于傳統(tǒng)組。
[Abstract]:158 cases of pneumoconiosis were divided into two groups: the traditional group and the modified group. The two anesthetic methods were compared in the small volume alveolar lavage. Traditional group: lidocaine 5 ml ultrasonic atomization anesthesia plus preoperative intramuscular injection of diazepam 5 mg; improved group: lidocaine 5 ml ultrasound atomization anesthesia plus 1% dicaine 3ml oral and pharyngeal infusion and preoperative intramuscular injection of diazepam 5 mg. The results showed that the effective rate of anesthesia in the improved group was higher than that in the traditional group.
