【摘要】：正手術(shù)治療的歷史,可以追溯人類文明的早期階段,古代的一些文明古國留下了人類早期手術(shù)治療的文獻(xiàn)記錄。自19世紀(jì)40年代之后,隨著麻醉學(xué)的發(fā)展、無菌術(shù)概念的確立與抗生素的發(fā)明、輸血技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,近代外科手術(shù)治療得以確立。21世紀(jì)科學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,醫(yī)學(xué)手術(shù)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展進(jìn)步。在手術(shù)技術(shù)條件方面,從手術(shù)硬件到整體手術(shù)室改造等各方面都實現(xiàn)了高科技配置,手術(shù)器械設(shè)備快速實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化高科技更新改造,手術(shù)室也不斷實現(xiàn)整體化、交叉化、數(shù)字化等變革;在手術(shù)臨床方面,傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)正在理念、技術(shù)和方法等多個領(lǐng)域不斷創(chuàng)新,大量新興手術(shù)應(yīng)運而生、蓬勃發(fā)展,呈現(xiàn)出傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)和新興手術(shù)共同發(fā)展且逐步融合的趨勢。其中包括微
