【摘要】：目的通過對脊柱手術(shù)后切口感染的危險因素進(jìn)行對比分析,尋求避免術(shù)后切口感染的有效方法 ,為臨床實(shí)踐工作提供有效經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法 986例脊柱手術(shù)患者作為研究對象,記錄出現(xiàn)術(shù)后切口感染情況,分析造成切口感染的危險因素。結(jié)果有17例(1.73%)患者出現(xiàn)術(shù)后切口感染,根據(jù)手術(shù)類型區(qū)分有11例為急診手術(shù)、6例為擇期手術(shù),根據(jù)手術(shù)時間區(qū)分有13例手術(shù)時間3 h、4例手術(shù)時間≤3 h,根據(jù)手術(shù)室類型區(qū)分有12例使用非層流手術(shù)室、5例使用層流手術(shù)室,根據(jù)有無參觀人員區(qū)分有9例有參觀人員、8例無參觀人員,根據(jù)是否進(jìn)行接臺手術(shù)區(qū)分有11例存在手術(shù)接臺、6例不存在手術(shù)接臺,根據(jù)術(shù)中抗生素使用情況區(qū)分有10例術(shù)中不規(guī)范使用抗生素、7例術(shù)中規(guī)范使用抗生素。分析得出手術(shù)時間3 h、使用非層流手術(shù)室、急診手術(shù)、有參觀人員、存在手術(shù)接臺、術(shù)中不規(guī)范使用抗生素的脊柱手術(shù)患者感染情況明顯多于手術(shù)時間≤3 h、使用層流手術(shù)室、擇期手術(shù)、無參觀人員、不存在手術(shù)接臺、術(shù)中規(guī)范使用抗生素的脊柱手術(shù)患者,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論脊柱手術(shù)需要嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)操作規(guī)定,保證手術(shù)時間、保證手術(shù)室環(huán)境的清潔度、保證手術(shù)人員的無菌操作,參與手術(shù)的醫(yī)務(wù)工作人員密切協(xié)作,以減少患者在術(shù)后出現(xiàn)切口感染現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the risk factors of incision infection after spinal surgery, and to find an effective method to avoid incision infection after spinal surgery, so as to provide effective experience for clinical practice. Methods 986 patients with spinal surgery were studied and the risk factors of wound infection were analyzed. Results there were 17 cases (1.73%) with postoperative incision infection.
