【摘要】：目的:研究并分析復(fù)合麻醉在醫(yī)學(xué)美容手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用及效果。方法:將2013年7月至2014年7月在我院開展醫(yī)學(xué)美容手術(shù)的68例患者納入本研究,分為復(fù)合麻醉組與常規(guī)麻醉組各34例,對(duì)于復(fù)合麻醉組患者,勻速滴注0.6 mg/kg氯胺酮、2 mg/kg丙泊酚與0.002 mg/kg芬太尼,觀察麻醉狀態(tài),并注射8 mg/h丙泊酚,直至手術(shù)結(jié)束。對(duì)于常規(guī)麻醉組患者,應(yīng)用安定進(jìn)行誘導(dǎo),滴注0.1%氯胺酮與1%普魯卡因復(fù)合液,并應(yīng)用羧基丁酸鈉,直到手術(shù)結(jié)束。結(jié)果:在麻醉效果上,復(fù)合麻醉組Ⅰ級(jí)、Ⅱ級(jí)、Ⅲ級(jí)、Ⅳ級(jí)例數(shù)分別為29、4、1、0,常規(guī)麻醉組Ⅰ級(jí)、Ⅱ級(jí)、Ⅲ級(jí)、Ⅳ級(jí)例數(shù)20、12、2、0,復(fù)合麻醉組麻醉效果顯然優(yōu)于常規(guī)麻醉組(P0.05)。在手術(shù)效果上,兩組患者均滿意,其中復(fù)合麻醉組中1例患者躁動(dòng),常規(guī)麻醉組中2例惡心、嘔吐。結(jié)論:在醫(yī)學(xué)美容手術(shù)中,應(yīng)用丙泊酚、芬太尼與氯胺酮的復(fù)合麻醉方式,效果理想、操作簡(jiǎn)單、鎮(zhèn)痛效果好,患者舒適度高,能夠有效降低不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率,值得進(jìn)行大范圍推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the application and effect of compound anesthesia in medical cosmetic surgery.
