【摘要】：目的 :探討對(duì)進(jìn)行剖宮產(chǎn)的重度妊高癥(妊娠期高血壓綜合征)產(chǎn)婦實(shí)施持續(xù)性硬膜外阻滯麻醉的臨床效果。方法 :對(duì)近年來(lái)在我院進(jìn)行剖宮產(chǎn)的84例重度妊高癥產(chǎn)婦的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性研究。在這84例產(chǎn)婦進(jìn)行剖宮產(chǎn)時(shí),我院對(duì)她們進(jìn)行了持續(xù)性硬膜外阻滯麻醉。剖宮產(chǎn)結(jié)束后,觀察這84例產(chǎn)婦在T1(麻醉前)、T2(麻醉起效后)、T3(切皮時(shí))、T4(縫合時(shí))和T5(手術(shù)結(jié)束后)的舒張壓、收縮壓、心率以及其新生兒呼吸情況的評(píng)分。結(jié)果 :與T1相比,這84例產(chǎn)婦在T2、T3、T4的收縮壓、舒張壓和心率均有明顯的下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。這84例產(chǎn)婦T5的收縮壓、舒張壓和心率與T1相比無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。這84例產(chǎn)婦新生兒呼吸情況的評(píng)分在6~10分之間,平均評(píng)分為8.46±1.01分。結(jié)論 :對(duì)進(jìn)行剖宮產(chǎn)的重度妊高癥產(chǎn)婦實(shí)施持續(xù)性硬膜外阻滯麻醉的效果確切,而且不會(huì)對(duì)新生兒的呼吸情況產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of continuous epidural block anesthesia for severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH) undergoing cesarean section. Methods: the clinical data of 84 cases of severe pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) in our hospital in recent years were retrospectively studied. In 84 cases of cesarean section, they were anesthetized by continuous epidural block in our hospital. After cesarean section, diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP) were observed in 84 cases at T1 (before anesthesia), T2 (after anaesthesia), T3 (skin incision), T4 (suture) and T5 (after operation). Heart rate and the score of neonatal respiration. Results: compared with T1, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of 84 cases of parturient in T _ 2 T _ 3 and T _ 4 were significantly lower than those in T _ (2) T _ (3) T _ (4) (P0.05). There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between T _ 1 and T _ 1 (P 0.05). The respiratory status of the 84 newborns ranged from 6 to 10, with an average score of 8.46 鹵1.01. Conclusion: the effect of continuous epidural block anesthesia on severe pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) women undergoing cesarean section is effective, and it has no effect on the respiratory condition of newborns.
