【摘要】：目的 :探討對進行腹腔鏡手術(shù)的老年婦科疾病患者實施靶控輸注麻醉的臨床效果。方法 :對2014年5月至2014年12月期間在我院進行腹腔鏡手術(shù)的64例老年婦科疾病患者的臨床資料進行回顧性研究。我們將這64例患者隨機分為靶控組和常規(guī)組,每組各有32例患者。在這兩組患者進行腹腔鏡手術(shù)期間,對常規(guī)組患者進行靜脈復合麻醉,為靶控組患者進行靶控輸注麻醉。手術(shù)結(jié)束后,比較兩組患者麻醉起效的時間、術(shù)畢至清醒的時間和術(shù)畢至痛感恢復的時間。結(jié)果 :靶控組患者麻醉起效的時間為1.2±0.5min,其術(shù)畢至清醒的時間為5.0±1.2min,其術(shù)畢至痛感恢復的時間為19.7±6.1min。常規(guī)組患者麻醉起效的時間為3.4±0.6min,其術(shù)畢至清醒的時間為15.2±3.1min,其術(shù)畢至痛感恢復的時間為40.6±5.7min。靶控組患者麻醉起效的時間、術(shù)畢至清醒的時間和術(shù)畢至痛感恢復的時間均明顯短于常規(guī)組患者,二者相比差異具有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :對進行腹腔鏡手術(shù)的老年婦科疾病患者實施靶控輸注麻醉的臨床效果確切,可有效地縮短其術(shù)畢至清醒的時間和術(shù)畢至痛感恢復的時間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of target controlled infusion anesthesia for elderly gynecological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods: the clinical data of 64 elderly patients with gynecological diseases who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2014 were retrospectively studied. The 64 patients were randomly divided into target control group and routine group with 32 patients in each group. During the laparoscopic operation, the patients in the routine group were given combined intravenous anesthesia, and the patients in the target control group were anesthetized with target controlled infusion. At the end of the operation, the time of anaesthesia onset, the time between the end of operation and the recovery of pain were compared between the two groups. Results: in the target control group, the effective time was 1.2 鹵0.5 min, the time from the end of operation to waking up was 5.0 鹵1.2 min, and the time from the end of operation to the recovery of pain was 19.7 鹵6.1 min. In the routine group, the effective time of anesthesia was 3.4 鹵0.6 min, the time from the end of operation to waking up was 15.2 鹵3.1 min, and the time from the end of operation to the recovery of pain was 40.6 鹵5.7 min. The time of anesthesia onset, the time from the end of operation to waking and the time of recovery of pain in the target control group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group (P0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of target-controlled infusion anesthesia on senile gynecological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery is effective, and it can effectively shorten the time between the end of operation and the recovery of pain.
