【摘要】：目的探究不同麻醉方式對(duì)腹部手術(shù)患者低體溫發(fā)生率的影響。方法 78例開腹手術(shù)患者,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組(采用腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉)與對(duì)照組(采用全身麻醉),各39例。比較兩組低體溫發(fā)生率及寒戰(zhàn)情況。結(jié)果兩組患者在手術(shù)結(jié)束時(shí)刻(T5)的體溫均較入室時(shí)(T0)顯著下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組麻醉后30 min(T2)、麻醉后60 min(T3)、麻醉后90 min(T4)時(shí)刻的體溫顯著低于觀察組,低體溫發(fā)生率顯著高于對(duì)照組,組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);對(duì)照組術(shù)后出現(xiàn)寒戰(zhàn)的時(shí)間顯著低于觀察組,寒戰(zhàn)發(fā)生率顯著高于觀察組,組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腹部手術(shù)患者,無論是全身麻醉(全麻)或腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉均會(huì)導(dǎo)致患者的核心體溫下降,但全麻的體溫下降更快,幅度更大。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different anesthetic methods on hypothermia in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods Seventy-eight patients undergoing laparotomy were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (treated by combined spinal-epidural anesthesia) and the control group (treated with general anesthesia), each with 39 cases. The incidence of hypothermia and shivering were compared between the two groups. Results the body temperature of the two groups at the end of operation (T5) was significantly lower than that at the time of entry (T0) (P0.05), and the body temperature of the control group at 30 min (T2), 60 min (T3) after anesthesia and 90 min (T4) after anesthesia was significantly lower than that in the observation group. The incidence of hypothermia was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), the time of shivering in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group, and the incidence of shivering was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion both general anesthesia (general anesthesia) and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia can lead to the decrease of core body temperature in patients undergoing abdominal surgery, but the decrease of body temperature in general anesthesia is faster and larger.
