【摘要】：目的研發(fā)全面實現(xiàn)麻醉工作信息化、自動化和現(xiàn)代化的信息系統(tǒng)。方法經過項目策劃、方案設計、編程測試和軟件定型等研發(fā)流程,全面實施Docare麻醉手術信息系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。結果 Docare麻醉手術信息系統(tǒng)包括手術排臺子系統(tǒng)、麻醉臨床信息子系統(tǒng)、專家咨詢子系統(tǒng)和統(tǒng)計查詢子系統(tǒng),集手術排臺、數(shù)據(jù)自動采集、自動記錄、自動形成文件、自動儲存打印、專家咨詢、統(tǒng)計查詢與管理于一體,可以實現(xiàn)麻醉工作的自動化。結論Docare是自主研發(fā)的適于我國國情的國產麻醉手術信息系統(tǒng),為麻醉科的醫(yī)療、教學、科研和管理工作提供全方位的技術支持。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a comprehensive information system for the information, automation and modernization of anesthetic work. Methods Docare anesthetic operation information system was developed through project planning, scheme design, programming test and software design. Results the Docare anesthetic operation information system includes the operation table system, the anesthesia clinical information subsystem, the expert consultation subsystem and the statistics inquiry subsystem, sets the operation arrangement table, the data automatic collection, the automatic record, the automatic formation document. Automatic storage and printing, expert consultation, statistical inquiry and management can realize the automation of anesthetic work. Conclusion Docare is a home-made anesthetic operation information system, which is suitable for our country, and provides all-round technical support for the medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and management of anesthesiology.
