【摘要】：印度羚四肢骨折多為外力撞擊所致,是動(dòng)物園野生動(dòng)物中常見(jiàn)的創(chuàng)傷性骨折。為探討印度羚骨折的手術(shù)治療方法,本文選用美托咪啶、丙泊酚配合異氟烷吸入麻醉的方法對(duì)2頭印度羚進(jìn)行化學(xué)保定,在麻醉效果確切的前提下,采用PRCL動(dòng)物專(zhuān)用鎖定骨板系統(tǒng)和雙板固定技術(shù)進(jìn)行前肢橈尺骨骨折的內(nèi)固定手術(shù)。結(jié)果:整個(gè)手術(shù)過(guò)程約3 h,期間各項(xiàng)監(jiān)護(hù)指標(biāo)相對(duì)在正常范圍:ETCO_2 60~64 mmHg、SPO_2 89%~99%、脈搏102~121t/min、體溫36.8~37.1℃。術(shù)后X光檢查可見(jiàn)骨頭斷端吻合。40 d后病獸僅前肢稍顯萎縮,創(chuàng)口愈合良好,斷面基本愈合,運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)可見(jiàn)有著地,X光檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)骨痂生長(zhǎng)良好。79 d后患肢著地行走自如,放回展區(qū)合群飼養(yǎng)。結(jié)論:利用PRCL動(dòng)物專(zhuān)用鎖定骨板系統(tǒng)和雙板固定技術(shù)對(duì)印度羚骨折具有良好的醫(yī)療效果,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The limb fracture of Indian wildebeest is caused by external force impact and is a common traumatic fracture in wild animals in zoos. In order to investigate the surgical treatment of Indian gazelle fracture, two gazelle were chemically protected by metomidine, propofol and isoflurane inhalation anesthesia. The internal fixation of radial and ulnar fracture of forelimb was performed with PRCL locking plate system and double plate fixation technique. Results: the whole operation lasted about 3 hours.
