【摘要】：進(jìn)一步了解石仙桃研究與藥理進(jìn)展。通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料,綜述石仙桃的地理分布、資源現(xiàn)狀、功能主治、成分分析研究和藥理作用研究。文獻(xiàn)記載石仙桃來(lái)源于蘭科植物石仙桃的假鱗莖或全草,具有清熱,養(yǎng)陰,清肺,利濕,消瘀、化痰止咳的功效,多分布于我國(guó)西南部地區(qū)。石仙桃全草含有9,10-二氫菲類(lèi)、聯(lián)芐、二苯乙烯、三萜類(lèi)等多種具有特殊活性的化學(xué)成分,以及多種礦物質(zhì)元素。石仙桃提取液具有麻醉、鎮(zhèn)痛和耐缺氧的作用。此外尚有藥理研究表明,石仙桃能夠抑制中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)而發(fā)揮鎮(zhèn)靜、催眠和抗驚厥作用。石仙桃在治療疾病上有很大的用途。
[Abstract]:To further understand the research and pharmacological progress of Shixiantao. The geographical distribution, resource status, main function, component analysis and pharmacological action of Shixiantao were reviewed through literature review. It is recorded in the literature that Shixiantao originated from the pseudobulb or whole grass of the Orchidaceae. It has the functions of clearing heat, nourishing yin, clearing lung, removing dampness, removing blood stasis, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough, which is mostly distributed in the southwest of China. Phyllostachys lanceolata contains 9 ~ (10) -dihydrophenanthrene, bibenzyl, stilbene, triterpenoids and other chemical constituents with special activity, as well as a variety of mineral elements. The extract of Shixiantao has the functions of anaesthesia, analgesia and anoxia tolerance. In addition, pharmacological studies have shown that Shixiantao can inhibit the central nervous system and thus play a sedative, hypnotic and anticonvulsive effect. Shixiantao is of great use in the treatment of diseases.
