【摘要】：目的:觀察小兒舌系帶矯正術(shù)中七氟烷吸入全麻保留自主呼吸的麻醉效果和安全性。方法:選擇小兒舌系帶矯正術(shù)患兒50例,由同一組麻醉師采用七氟烷吸入麻醉誘導(dǎo)并保留自主呼吸。術(shù)中觀察小兒自主反應(yīng)、監(jiān)測脈搏、血壓、血氧飽和度,并記錄手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中不良反應(yīng)、吸入麻醉藥量及蘇醒時間。結(jié)果:50例患兒術(shù)中有7例出現(xiàn)SpO2低于90%,其中5例經(jīng)抬高下頜、2例經(jīng)面罩加壓給氧后SpO2均迅速恢復(fù)至99%;3例出現(xiàn)一過性短暫喉痙攣,加壓給氧后均自行緩解。全組患兒均未進行氣管插管,也未出現(xiàn)血壓下降現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論:七氟烷吸入麻醉保留自主呼吸可滿足小兒舌系帶矯正術(shù),具有安全快捷優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the anesthetic effect and safety of sevoflurane inhaled general anesthesia to preserve spontaneous respiration in pediatric tongue band orthodontics. Methods: 50 children with tongue band correction were treated with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia to induce spontaneous respiration in the same group of anesthesiologists. The spontaneous reaction, pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, operative time, intraoperative adverse reaction, dose of inhaled anesthetics and recovery time were observed. Results during the operation, SPO _ 2 was lower than 90 in 7 of the 50 children. Among them, 5 cases were elevated mandible, 2 cases were treated with mask oxygen, SPO _ 2 recovered to 99g and 3 cases showed transient laryngeal spasm. No tracheal intubation was performed and no blood pressure decreased. Conclusion: sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia can be used to preserve spontaneous respiration in children, and it is safe and rapid.
