【摘要】：目的:探討右美托咪啶與芬太尼對(duì)肺部手術(shù)患者血?dú)庖约澳X氧飽和度的影響。方法:80例行肺葉切除手術(shù)肺癌患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組,各33例,患者均行肺葉切除術(shù),兩組均用芬太尼、丙泊酚麻醉,試驗(yàn)組再給予右美托咪啶,手術(shù)結(jié)束后,比較PO_2、PCO_2、rSO_2、MMSE評(píng)分以及患者蘇醒時(shí)間、拔管時(shí)間。結(jié)果:與治療前相比,治療后患者rSO_2、MMSE評(píng)分水平均下降,PO_2水平升高;與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組患者rSO_2、MMSE評(píng)分以及PO_2水平較高,蘇醒時(shí)間、拔管時(shí)間較短;患者治療前后PCO_2無(wú)變化。結(jié)論:右美托咪啶與芬太尼能夠升高肺部手術(shù)患者PO_2水平,延緩患者腦氧飽和度水平的下降,對(duì)PCO_2水平無(wú)影響。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of dexmetidine and fentanyl on blood gas and cerebral oxygen saturation in patients undergoing pulmonary surgery. Methods Twenty patients with lung cancer underwent lobectomy were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 33) and trial group (n = 33). The patients in both groups were anesthetized with fentanyl and propofol. The MMSE scores, recovery time and extubation time of patients were compared. Results: compared with before treatment, the level of rSO2 / MMSE decreased and PO2 increased, compared with control group, the scores of rSO2 / MMSE and PO2 in experimental group were higher, recovery time and extubation time were shorter, and PCO2 had no change before and after treatment. Conclusion: dexmetidine and fentanyl can increase PO2 level and delay the decrease of cerebral oxygen saturation in patients undergoing pulmonary surgery, but have no effect on PCO-2 level.
