【摘要】：目的分析我院門診麻醉藥品處方點評,探討不合理處方發(fā)生的原因。方法根據(jù)《麻醉藥品與精神藥品管理條例》等規(guī)程中的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,隨機選擇我院2013年6月~2015年5月2 800張門診麻醉藥品處方進行分析,找到不合理處方的原因。結(jié)果 2 800張門診麻醉藥品處方中不合理處方有69例,占所有處方的2.46%。主要不合理內(nèi)容表現(xiàn)為內(nèi)容缺項41例、用量不規(guī)范7例、用法不合適8例、其他3例;主要麻醉藥品類型為嗎啡注射液與嗎啡緩釋片,此外還有少數(shù)哌替啶注射液、布桂嗪注射液用法用量錯誤的現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論門診麻醉藥品處方不合理用藥類型還較多,為了進一步保證麻醉用藥的安全有效性,醫(yī)院還應(yīng)當(dāng)進一步提高對麻醉藥品處方監(jiān)管的力度,促進用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the reasons of irrational prescription of narcotic drugs in outpatient clinic. Methods according to the relevant contents of the regulations on the Administration of Narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs, 2 800 prescriptions of narcotic drugs in outpatient clinic from June 2013 to May 2015 were randomly selected for analysis, and the reasons for the unreasonable prescriptions were found out. Results 69 out of 2 800 prescriptions of narcotic drugs in outpatient department were unreasonable, accounting for 2.46% of all prescriptions. There were 41 cases of lack of content, 7 cases of irregular dosage, 8 cases of inappropriate use and 3 cases of others. The main types of narcotic drugs were morphine injection and morphine sustained-release tablet, and a few pethidine injection. The phenomenon of wrong dosage of buinazine injection. Conclusion there are many irrational drug prescriptions in outpatient clinics. In order to further ensure the safety and effectiveness of narcotic drugs, hospitals should further improve the supervision of the prescription of narcotic drugs and promote the safety of drug use.
