【摘要】：目的觀察術(shù)前針刺內(nèi)關(guān)穴對老年脊柱手術(shù)后惡心嘔吐的療效。方法將90例擬行擇期脊柱手術(shù)的患者隨機(jī)分為術(shù)前針刺組30例(A組)、藥物治療組30例(D組)和對照組30例(C組)。A組在麻醉誘導(dǎo)前30 min針刺內(nèi)關(guān)穴,留針20 min后起針,其間行針1次;D組于麻醉誘導(dǎo)前30 min靜注昂丹司瓊4 mg;C組也在麻醉誘導(dǎo)前30 min針刺內(nèi)關(guān)穴,但不進(jìn)行任何手法行針,避免得氣。觀察三組患者術(shù)后2 h內(nèi)≥6 h且12 h、≥12 h且24 h發(fā)生不同程度嘔吐的人數(shù),比較三組惡心程度評分和需要使用止吐藥物的比例并進(jìn)行療效的對比。結(jié)果與C組比較,A組及D組在各時(shí)段術(shù)后嘔吐發(fā)生人數(shù)和惡心程度評分更低(P0.05);與D組比較,A組各時(shí)段術(shù)后嘔吐發(fā)生人數(shù)和惡心程度評分無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論術(shù)前針刺內(nèi)關(guān)穴對老年人脊柱手術(shù)后的惡心嘔吐具有防治作用,與藥物治療等效。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of preoperative acupuncture Neiguan point on nausea and vomiting after spinal surgery in the aged. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 30 cases before operation (group A), 30 cases (group D) and 30 cases in control group (group C), group.A at 30 min before induction of anesthesia in Neiguan point, 20 min, 1 times between the needles; D Group 30 min before induction of anesthesia induction of ondansetron 4 mg, C group also at 30 min before anesthesia induction of acupuncture Neiguan point, but no manual needle, to avoid gas. Observation of three groups of patients within 2 h over 6 h and 12 h, 12 h and 24 h occurred in different degrees of vomiting, three groups of nausea scores and the need to use antiemetic drugs ratio Compared with the C group, the number of vomiting and nausea after operation in group A and D was lower (P0.05). Compared with the D group, there was no significant difference in the number of postoperatively vomiting and the degree of nausea (P0.05) in group A (P0.05). Conclusion the nausea and vomiting after the operation of the acupuncture at Neiguan point before operation in the elderly were of the nausea and vomiting after operation. The effect of prevention and treatment is equivalent to the drug treatment.
