【摘要】：為了證明內(nèi)窺鏡在犬腸管切除吻合術(shù)中應(yīng)用的可行性,本試驗將12只實驗犬分為兩組,分別進行了常規(guī)開腹和內(nèi)窺鏡輔助的腸管切除吻合術(shù),在手術(shù)過程中對完成手術(shù)時間、動物生理指標及術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況進行監(jiān)測和記錄。結(jié)果表明,開腹組和內(nèi)窺鏡組所需手術(shù)時間分別為120.53±24.45min和125.34±14.65min,術(shù)中兩組各時間點生理指標與麻醉前有顯著差異(P0.05),但兩組相同時間點數(shù)據(jù)比較差異不顯著(P0.05),均在生理承受范圍內(nèi);內(nèi)窺鏡組在術(shù)后恢復(fù)各項指標總體優(yōu)于開腹組。內(nèi)窺鏡輔助腸管切除術(shù)相對于開腹手術(shù)具有創(chuàng)口小、炎性反應(yīng)輕微,恢復(fù)時間快及粘連少等優(yōu)點,本實驗為其在動物臨床上推廣應(yīng)用奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to prove the feasibility of endoscopic enterectomy and anastomosis, 12 dogs were divided into two groups. Animal physiological indexes and postoperative recovery were monitored and recorded. The results showed that the operative time was 120.53 鹵24.45min and 125.34 鹵14.65 minutes in the open group and endoscope group, respectively. There was significant difference in physiological indexes between the two groups at each time point and before anesthesia, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the same time point data, both within the range of physiological tolerance. The index of postoperative recovery in endoscope group was better than that in open group. Compared with open surgery, endoscope assisted enterectomy has the advantages of small wound, mild inflammatory reaction, quick recovery time and less adhesion. This experiment lays a theoretical foundation for its application in animal clinic.
