【摘要】：目的分析撫觸對(duì)緩解硬膜外麻醉穿刺時(shí)患者疼痛的作用。方法選取2013年5月至2015年5月收治的140例硬膜外麻醉穿刺患者作為研究對(duì)象,并根據(jù)穿刺處理方式分為研究組與對(duì)照組,每組70例,對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)形式進(jìn)行穿刺,研究組在常規(guī)形式的基礎(chǔ)上為患者提供撫觸護(hù)理,護(hù)理結(jié)束后,對(duì)兩組成員的疼痛程度以及穿刺時(shí)間進(jìn)行觀察以及比較。結(jié)果研究組的疼痛程度低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組患者的穿刺時(shí)間為(6.57±1.09)min,對(duì)照組患者為(8.45±1.29)min,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論撫觸對(duì)緩解硬膜外麻醉穿刺時(shí)患者疼痛的作用顯著,可明顯緩解患者的疼痛,縮短穿刺的時(shí)間,值得在臨床上應(yīng)用以及推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of touching on relieving pain during epidural anesthesia puncture. Methods 140 patients with epidural anesthesia from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and divided into study group (n = 70) and control group (n = 70). The study group provided touch care for patients on the basis of routine form. After nursing care, the pain degree and puncture time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results the pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), the puncture time of the patients in the study group was 6.57 鹵1.09 min, and that in the control group was 8.45 鹵1.29 min (P 0.05). Conclusion touching has a significant effect on relieving pain of patients with epidural anesthesia. It can relieve pain and shorten the time of puncture. It is worth applying and popularizing in clinic.
