【摘要】：目的觀察個性化護理對孕產婦分娩鎮(zhèn)痛效果及分娩方式的影響。方法選取2015年7月~2017年4月到商丘市中醫(yī)院進行產檢及分娩的孕產婦50例,根據(jù)入院順序分為對照組和干預組,各25例。對照組進行常規(guī)護理,干預組實施個性化護理。觀察兩組護理效果。結果護理后,干預組視覺模擬評分法(VAS)評分、剖宮產率低于對照組,陰道順產率高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論個性化護理的實施可增強孕產婦分娩鎮(zhèn)痛效果,提高陰道順產率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of individualized nursing on labor analgesia of pregnant and parturient. Methods from July 2015 to April 2017, 50 pregnant and parturient women in Shangqiu traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to the order of admission. Routine nursing was performed in the control group and individualized nursing was carried out in the intervention group. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Results after nursing, the visual analogue score (VAS) score, cesarean section rate and vaginal spontaneous delivery rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the implementation of individualized nursing can enhance the analgesic effect of delivery and increase the rate of vaginal spontaneous delivery.
