【摘要】：目的:探討對行無痛胃腸鏡檢查的患者實施地佐辛復合丙泊酚靜脈麻醉的效果。方法:將60例需行無痛胃腸鏡患者隨機分為兩組組,分別給予地佐辛復合丙泊酚靜脈麻醉和單純丙泊酚麻醉,對兩組患者的生命體征變化及麻醉效果進行觀察對比。結果:觀察組患者檢查后各項生命體征顯著優(yōu)于對照組,疼痛評分顯著低于對照組{(1.25±2.1)vs(3.35±1.1)},并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組(10.0%vs20.0%),P0.05,結果有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:對于需行無痛胃腸鏡檢查的患者,術前通過地佐辛復合丙泊酚進行靜脈麻醉的效果顯著,臨床工作可考慮進行廣泛推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of intravenous anesthesia with dizosin combined with propofol in patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods: sixty patients with painless gastroenteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups: dizosin combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia and simple propofol anesthesia. The changes of vital signs and the effect of anesthesia were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: the vital signs of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group ({1.25 鹵2.1)vs(3.35 鹵1.1)}, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (10.0 vs 20.0 vs 0.05). The results were statistically significant.Conclusion: for patients who need painless gastroenteroscopy, intravenous anesthesia by dizosin combined with propofol is effective.
