【摘要】：正隨著現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展,狐貉貂等毛皮動(dòng)物的養(yǎng)殖發(fā)展極為迅猛。其中貉的養(yǎng)殖成本低,飼養(yǎng)方法簡(jiǎn)單,加之毛皮利用率高,現(xiàn)已成為比較暢銷的養(yǎng)殖動(dòng)物。但是,目前沒(méi)有針對(duì)貉的麻醉劑和麻醉方法的報(bào)道與研究。因此本研究將右美托咪啶、咪達(dá)唑侖、氯胺酮、賽拉嗪和乙酰丙嗪進(jìn)行不同的復(fù)合,相互進(jìn)行比較,評(píng)價(jià)這些組合的麻醉效果,篩選出效果理想的組合。1材料1.1試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物貉場(chǎng)健康貉子25只,購(gòu)自紅旗鄉(xiāng)
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid development of modern industry, fox raccoon mink fur animal breeding development is extremely rapid.
