【摘要】：目的通過(guò)比較醫(yī)用膠和常規(guī)清創(chuàng)縫合在頭皮裂傷處理時(shí)的優(yōu)劣,探討醫(yī)用膠在頭皮裂傷中應(yīng)用的可行性。方法選取2015年7月—2016年7月在西南醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院急診醫(yī)學(xué)部就診的頭皮裂傷患者152例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組(n=73)和觀察組(n=79)。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)局部麻醉下清創(chuàng)縫合,觀察組采用頭發(fā)交織加醫(yī)用膠粘合創(chuàng)口。記錄兩組手術(shù)時(shí)間、疼痛程度、總費(fèi)用及滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間(9.5±2.7)min短于對(duì)照組的(14.5±3.5)min,視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分(VAS)3(0,4)分低于對(duì)照組的5(2,8)分,總費(fèi)用560(560,588)元高于對(duì)照組的318(300,330)元,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組不滿意22例(30.1%),比較滿意32例(43.8%),滿意19例(26.1%);觀察組不滿意5例(6.3%),比較滿意20例(25.3%),滿意54例(68.4%)。兩組患者滿意度比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(U=30.064,P0.001)。結(jié)論醫(yī)用膠粘合頭皮具有手術(shù)時(shí)間短,疼痛程度輕,盡管總費(fèi)用較常規(guī)清創(chuàng)高,但患者滿意度較高。醫(yī)用膠在處理頭皮裂傷具有可行性,適合臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the advantages and disadvantages of medical glue and conventional debridement suture in the treatment of scalp laceration. To explore the feasibility of the application of medical glue in scalp laceration, 152 cases of scalp laceration were selected from July 2015 to July 2016 in the emergency department of medicine, affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University. The patients were divided into two groups by random digital table: the control group was divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with debridement and suture under conventional local anesthesia, while the patients in the observation group were treated with interlaced hair and medical glue. The time of operation and the degree of pain in the two groups were recorded. Results the operating time of the observation group was 9.5 鹵2.7 minutes shorter than that of the control group (14.5 鹵3.5 min), and the visual analogue score (VAS) was significantly lower than that of the control group (50.28%), and the total cost of the observation group (560,560,588) yuan was higher than that of the control group (318300330yuan). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The control group was not satisfied with 22 cases with 30.1%, 32 cases with 43.8% and 19 cases with 26.1 cases. The observation group was dissatisfied with 5 cases with 6.3C, 20 cases with 25.3C and 54 cases with 68.4%. Conclusion Medical adhesive scalp has shorter operation time and less pain, although the total cost is higher than that of conventional debridement, the patient satisfaction is higher. Medical glue is feasible in the treatment of scalp laceration. Suitable for clinical application.
