【摘要】：目的介紹超聲引導(dǎo)神經(jīng)阻滯新技術(shù)開展的前期經(jīng)驗及我院門診手術(shù)室設(shè)立麻醉護士對麻醉護理質(zhì)量的提高。方法回顧性研究門診手術(shù)室手術(shù)麻醉的基本情況,按照時間段分為兩組:觀察組組為按照研究中所確立的工作模式護理,對照組為門診手術(shù)室護士按照傳統(tǒng)方法進行手術(shù)期護理。對患者對護理的滿意度進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果患者對護理的滿意度兩年間差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論麻醉�？苹o理可提高門診手術(shù)室的工作效率,帶來麻醉護理質(zhì)量以及患者滿意度的提高,并有可能促進超聲引導(dǎo)神經(jīng)阻滯新技術(shù)的開展。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce the early experience of the new technique of nerve block guided by ultrasound and the improvement of the quality of anesthetic nursing by setting up anaesthesia nurses in outpatient operating room in our hospital. Methods the basic situation of anaesthesia in outpatient operation room was studied retrospectively. They were divided into two groups according to the time period: the observation group was nursing according to the working mode established in the study. The control group was the outpatient operating room nurse to carry on the operation period nursing according to the traditional method. The patient's satisfaction with the nursing was investigated. Results the difference of the patient's satisfaction with the nursing was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Anesthesia specialized nursing can improve the working efficiency of outpatient operating room. It brings about the improvement of anesthetic nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and it may promote the development of new technique of nerve block guided by ultrasound.
