【摘要】：正患兒,女,6歲,體重24kg,因"活動(dòng)后氣促5年余"入院,經(jīng)檢查后診斷為"動(dòng)脈迂曲綜合征,室間隔缺損",擬行"主動(dòng)脈弓修復(fù),室間隔缺損修補(bǔ)術(shù)"。既往左上肢肌力輕度降低,肌力分級(jí)為4級(jí);發(fā)音輕度含混;無(wú)紫紺,無(wú)長(zhǎng)臉、長(zhǎng)人中、脊柱側(cè)彎和皮膚彈性高等。查體:意識(shí)清楚,發(fā)育良好,體溫37.2℃,RR 24次/分,右上肢血壓125/65 mm Hg,左
