【摘要】：目的了解麗水市部分綜合性醫(yī)院麻醉機通氣系統(tǒng)內部管路的細菌污染狀況,為預防全麻醉術后醫(yī)院感染提供依據(jù)。方法通過現(xiàn)場采樣與細菌學檢驗技術,對浙江麗水市16家醫(yī)療機構麻醉機通氣系統(tǒng)內部管道細菌污染狀況進行了監(jiān)測。結果從16家醫(yī)療機構96臺麻醉機共采樣288份,細菌總數(shù)超標139份,超標率為45.83%。麻醉機通氣系統(tǒng)內部管道中鈉石灰罐、進氣口和出氣口處細菌污染超標率依次為43.75%、43.75%和57.83%。檢出細菌總數(shù)最高者達到104cfu/cm2以上,部分標本檢出真菌。結論麗水市醫(yī)療機構麻醉機通氣系統(tǒng)管路內部細菌污染嚴重,有必要加強專項管理,消除醫(yī)院感染隱患。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the bacterial contamination in anesthetic ventilation system in some general hospitals of Lishui City and to provide evidence for prevention of nosocomial infection after general anesthesia. Methods Field sampling and bacteriological examination were used. Bacterial contamination in the internal pipes of anesthetic ventilation system in 16 medical institutions in Lishui City Zhejiang Province was monitored. Results 288 anesthetic machines were sampled from 96 anesthetic machines in 16 medical institutions. The total number of bacteria exceeded the standard of 139, and the rate of exceeding the standard was 45.83.The rate of bacterial contamination in the internal pipes of the anesthetic ventilation system was 43.75% in the order of sodium lime tank, air inlet and outlet. 43.75% and 57.83.The highest total number of bacteria detected was over 104 cfur / cm2. Conclusion bacterial contamination in anesthetic ventilation system of medical institutions in Lishui is serious, so it is necessary to strengthen special management to eliminate hidden trouble of nosocomial infection.
