【摘要】：目的:分析雙側陰部神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉配合維生素AD滴劑潤滑陰道會陰無保護或適度保護技術在低危產(chǎn)婦正常分娩中的療效。方法:收集我院2015年10月—2016年2月262例足月陰道分娩的低危產(chǎn)婦,其中觀察組102例,對照組160例,比較兩組療效。結果:觀察組產(chǎn)婦的會陰側切率為0,而對照組的會陰側切率為40.4%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)程疼痛級別明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:雙側陰部神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉會陰無保護或適度保護助產(chǎn)技術,可明顯降低會陰側切率,降低分娩疼痛,促進自然分娩率,提高分娩舒適感,使分娩過程盡量回歸自然,減少不必要的醫(yī)療干預。此方法更具有人性化,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of bilateral pudendal nerve block anesthesia combined with vitamin AD vaginal lubrication of perineum without protection or moderate protection technology in low-risk women in normal labor. Methods: 262 cases of low risk pregnant women with full term vaginal delivery from October 2015 to February 2016 were collected, of which 102 cases in the observation group and 160 cases in the control group were compared, and the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results: the episiotomy rate of the observation group was 0, while the lateral perineal resection rate of the control group was 40.4%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the pain level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: bilateral pudendal block anesthesia has no protective or proper protective midwifery technology in the perineum, which can significantly reduce the lateral episiotomy rate, reduce labor pain, promote the natural delivery rate, improve the comfort of delivery, and make the labor process return to nature as much as possible, and reduce unnecessary medical intervention. This method is more humanized and worthy of clinical application.
