【摘要】：數(shù)字化已經(jīng)成為口腔種植領(lǐng)域乃至整個口腔技術(shù)發(fā)展的新趨勢。數(shù)字化導板,即牙種植導向模板技術(shù),逐漸走入市場。數(shù)字化口腔種植技術(shù)憑借直觀的術(shù)前設(shè)計和簡易的手術(shù)方式,可實現(xiàn)不翻瓣種植及術(shù)后即刻修復(fù)等,但也存在精準度不確定并由此可能產(chǎn)生嚴重并發(fā)癥的問題。本文旨在介紹數(shù)字化導板的分類,分析數(shù)字化口腔種植技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點,評價數(shù)字化導板的精確性和影響數(shù)字化導板精確性的相關(guān)因素,以期為臨床醫(yī)師在應(yīng)用該技術(shù)過程中提供參考。
[Abstract]:The digitization has become a new trend of the development of the oral cavity and the whole of the whole oral cavity. The digital guide plate, namely the tooth planting guide template technology, is gradually entering the market. The digital oral planting technology can realize non-flap planting and immediate repair after operation by means of an intuitive pre-operation design and a simple operation mode, but also has the problem that the precision degree is not determined and the serious complication can be generated. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the classification of the digital guide plate, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the digital oral cavity planting technology, evaluate the accuracy of the digital guide plate and the related factors that affect the accuracy of the digital guide plate, so as to provide the reference for the clinician in the application of the technology.
