【摘要】：目的:研究3D打印手術(shù)導(dǎo)板輔助髁突骨軟骨瘤及繼發(fā)牙頜面畸形同期矯治的臨床可行性。方法:根據(jù)影像學(xué)資料,運用Dolphin Imaging 11.7Premium和Mimics軟件進(jìn)行虛擬外科手術(shù)設(shè)計并制作3D打印手術(shù)導(dǎo)板,指導(dǎo)髁突骨軟骨瘤及繼發(fā)牙頜面畸形的手術(shù)矯治。通過對比模擬頭顱模型與實際術(shù)后CT重建模型評估此方法的臨床價值。結(jié)果:所有患者患側(cè)關(guān)節(jié)功能、咬合關(guān)系以及顏面對稱性都得到了良好的恢復(fù)。模擬術(shù)后模型與術(shù)后掃描重建模型對比中,中切牙與第一磨牙的誤差均保持在1.4mm以下,最大誤差出現(xiàn)在頦部,約2.4mm,顯示了新方法的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)論:結(jié)果顯示虛擬外科手術(shù)設(shè)計和手術(shù)導(dǎo)板有助于髁突骨軟骨瘤繼發(fā)牙頜面畸形的準(zhǔn)確診斷、治療方案設(shè)計、準(zhǔn)確截骨以及重置骨塊。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical feasibility of simultaneous correction of condylar osteochondroma and secondary maxillofacial malformation with 3D printing guide plate. Methods: according to the imaging data, the virtual surgical guide plate was designed and made by Dolphin Imaging 11.7Premium and Mimics software to guide the surgical correction of condylar osteochondroma and secondary tooth maxillofacial malformation. The clinical value of this method was evaluated by comparing the simulated head model with the actual postoperative CT reconstruction model. Results: all the patients had good recovery in joint function, occlusal relationship and facial symmetry. In the comparison between the simulated postoperative model and the postoperative scanning reconstruction model, the error between the middle incisor and the first molar was kept below 1.4mm, and the maximum error occurred in the chin, about 2.4 mm, which showed the accuracy of the new method. Conclusion: the results show that virtual surgical design and surgical guide plate are helpful to the accurate diagnosis, treatment design, accurate osteotomy and replacement of bone mass in secondary tooth maxillofacial deformity of condylar osteochondroma.
