【摘要】：目的探討單側(cè)磨牙正鎖牙合者下頜邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的特征及其與正常牙合人群的差異。方法選擇單側(cè)磨牙正鎖牙合者18例作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,牙合關(guān)系正常者18例作為對(duì)照組,應(yīng)用ARCUSdigmaⅡ下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡描記儀記錄下頜邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)的軌跡。采用SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析比較兩組間各指標(biāo)的差值情況。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組的下頜邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡較對(duì)照組出現(xiàn)曲折、臺(tái)階以及擺動(dòng)幅度較大;實(shí)驗(yàn)組下頜前伸邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)范圍小于對(duì)照組(P0.05),下頜向鎖牙合側(cè)邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),與對(duì)照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組的髁突運(yùn)動(dòng)最大差數(shù)(MRC)指數(shù)與對(duì)照組比較,在開口邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)(前后向)和前伸邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)(前后向及垂直向)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論單側(cè)磨牙正鎖牙合對(duì)下頜切點(diǎn)邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)的軌跡特征、邊緣運(yùn)動(dòng)的范圍以及雙側(cè)髁突運(yùn)動(dòng)的對(duì)稱性具有影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of mandibular marginal movement in patients with unilateral molar occlusal occlusion and its difference with normal occlusal population. Methods 18 cases of unilateral molar occlusal were selected as experimental group and 18 cases of normal occlusal relationship as control group. The trajectory of mandibular edge movement was recorded by ARCUSdigma II mandibular motion trajectory recorder. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze and compare the difference of each index between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the mandibular edge movement track of the experimental group showed twists and turns, and the steps and swinging amplitude of the experimental group were larger than those of the control group. The range of mandibular extension edge movement in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group (P 0.05), and there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the (MRC) index of condylar movement in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion unilateral molar occlusal has an effect on the trajectory characteristics of the edge movement of mandibular incisors, the range of edge movement and the symmetry of bilateral condylar movement.
