【摘要】：目的探討頜面部骨島的臨床及影像學(xué)特征,分析其發(fā)生率、分布規(guī)律與年齡、性別及部位的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)四川大學(xué)華西口腔醫(yī)院放射科患者所拍攝的29 556個(gè)全景片做回顧性總結(jié)分析。其中男性12 824例,女性16 732例。年齡為8~80歲,平均年齡為23.95歲。結(jié)果臨床上骨島無(wú)任何癥狀,X線片表現(xiàn)呈圓形、卵圓形或者不規(guī)則形;其大小絕大多數(shù)在數(shù)毫米到2 cm;以邊界清晰、無(wú)膨脹的致密硬化區(qū)為其特征性表現(xiàn)。29 556個(gè)全景片中發(fā)現(xiàn)598個(gè)骨島(545例),骨島發(fā)生率為1.84%;49個(gè)全景片中發(fā)現(xiàn)了2處骨島,2個(gè)全景片發(fā)現(xiàn)了3處骨島。骨島好發(fā)于下頜前磨牙及磨牙根尖區(qū),且無(wú)性別差異。結(jié)論臨床工作中要注意增強(qiáng)對(duì)這一變異的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and imaging features of maxillofacial osseous islands and analyze the relationship between the incidence, distribution and age, sex and location. Methods 29 556 panoramic films taken by patients in the Department of Radiology, West China Stomatological Hospital, Sichuan University were retrospectively analyzed. There were 12 824 males and 16 732 females. The average age was 23.95 years. Results there were no clinical symptoms of the bone island. X-ray films showed round, ovoid or irregular shape; most of them were in the order of several millimeters to 2 cm; in size. 598 bone islands (545 cases) were found in 29,556 panoramic films, and the incidence of bone islands was 1.84%. Two bone islands were found in 49 panoramic films, and three bone islands were found in 2 panoramic films. Bone island usually occurs in mandibular premolars and root apex of molars, and there is no gender difference. Conclusion in clinical work, we should pay more attention to enhance the understanding of this mutation.
