反復(fù)熔鑄對(duì)非鎳基烤瓷合金溶血性能及口腔粘膜刺激性影響的研究
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of repeated melting casting on hemolytic properties and oral mucosal irritation of four non-nickel-based porcelain alloys, such as cobalt-chromium, pure titanium, palladium-based and gold-platinum. Methods: the above four kinds of ceramic alloys were fused and cast in vacuum and argon for 1 ~ 3 times respectively, and the test specimens of 1 ~ 3 generations were obtained. Before re-casting, the waste alloys were treated according to the "pre-casting process for non-nickel-based porcelain alloys". (1) according to the ISO/TR7405-1984 standard, four kinds of ceramic alloys were fused and cast, and then made into wafer-shaped test specimens and polished. The ceramic alloy extract solution was prepared after disinfection and sterilization. The sample extract was added saline in turn, fresh anticoagulant rabbit blood was centrifuged, the supernatant was taken to test the absorbance value by spectrophotometer, and the hemolysis rate was calculated. The SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the variance of the hemolytic absorbance value of the same porcelain-to-porcelain alloy in the third generation. (2) according to the YY-T0127.1-1993 standard, four kinds of porcelain-fused-to-porcelain alloys were melted and cast for 3 times, and then the test specimens were made and polished. Using polypropylene as negative control material and industrial polyvinyl chloride as positive control material, circular specimen of the same size was made. The specimens were sutured to one side of the hamster buccal pouch mucosa. 14 days later, the buccal pouch mucosa in contact with the specimen was observed and scored. At the same time, the mucosa tissue was cut to make HE staining section and the pathological score was carried out. Results: (1) the hemolysis rate of 4 kinds of non-nickel-based porcelain alloys were all less than 5% after 3 times of melting and casting. There was no significant difference in hemolytic absorbance between the same porcelain-fused-to-metal alloys (P0.05). (2) after 14 days of observation, and there was no significant difference in the hemolytic absorbance between the first generation and the third generation of the same ceramic alloy (P0.05). Golden hamster activity, normal diet; There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the negative control group, but no congestion, bleeding, erosion, ulcer and so on appeared on the surface of the mucosa of the positive control group, and there was obvious hyperemia and redness on the surface of the mucous membrane in the positive control group. Under the microscope, the epithelium of the experimental group was intact and continuous, the cell level was clear, the basal cell morphology was regular, with low columnar shape, no or a few inflammatory cells infiltration, slight edema of the tissue, and there was no significant difference between the test group and the negative control group. Except for the mild irritation of Co-Cr 3 generation porcelain alloy to oral mucosa, the stimulation of 4 kinds of non-nickel-based porcelain-ceramic alloys on oral mucosa was very mild or non-irritating after 3 times melting and casting of 4 kinds of non-nickel-based porcelain alloys. Conclusion: the hemolytic properties and oral mucosal irritation of four kinds of non-nickel-based porcelain alloys, such as cobalt-chromium, pure titanium, palladium-based and gold-platinum, meet the relevant requirements after 1 ~ 3 times of melting and casting.
