【摘要】：目的：觀察EDTA輔助C型先鋒銼疏通鈣化根管的臨床效果，探討疏通鈣化根管的有效方法，提高根管治療成功率。 方法：在2012年3月-2013年10月就診于銀川市口腔醫(yī)院牙體科，因各種原因需行根管治療的患牙中，選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患牙50例，鈣化根管62個(gè)，采用C型先鋒銼（C-Pilot files）與EDTA凝膠（乙二胺四乙酸）一次或多次聯(lián)合應(yīng)用，對(duì)鈣化根管進(jìn)行疏通，K銼逐步后退法預(yù)備根管，側(cè)方加壓充填技術(shù)完成根管充填。 結(jié)果：62個(gè)鈣化根管中，成功疏通41個(gè)，成功率為66.13％；術(shù)中2例發(fā)生根管偏移，，未發(fā)生根管壁側(cè)穿及器械分離。 結(jié)論：C型先鋒銼與EDTA一次或多次聯(lián)合應(yīng)用，能夠有效提高鈣化根管的疏通率，值得在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of EDTA assisted C-type vanguard file in the treatment of calcified root canal, to explore the effective method of dredge calcified root canal, and to improve the success rate of root canal therapy. Methods: from March 2012 to October 2013, 50 teeth with calcified root canal were selected from the dental department of Yinchuan Stomatology Hospital, which needed root canal treatment for various reasons. C-type pioneer file (C-Pilot files) and EDTA gel (ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid) were used in one or more times to dredge the calcified root canal. K file was used to prepare the root canal and the lateral pressure filling technique was used to complete the root canal filling. Results: of the 62 calcified root canals, 41 were successfully dredged, and the success rate was 66.13.The root canal deviation occurred in 2 cases, and no lateral perforation of root canal wall and separation of instruments occurred. Conclusion: the combination of C type avant-garde file and EDTA can effectively improve the rate of ossification of calcified root canal, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
