【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用錐形束CT研究錯(cuò)鉭畸形切牙區(qū)唇側(cè)牙槽骨開(kāi)窗及開(kāi)裂的發(fā)生率等分布情況。方法:選擇2010年7月~2015年9月期間在漢中市口腔醫(yī)院正畸科進(jìn)行錐形束CT掃描的患者421例,統(tǒng)計(jì)在上下頜切牙區(qū)唇側(cè)牙槽骨開(kāi)窗及開(kāi)裂的發(fā)生率和分布情況,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:在統(tǒng)計(jì)的421例患者中,骨開(kāi)窗及骨開(kāi)裂的發(fā)生率分別為38.95%和20.43%。骨開(kāi)窗以骨性Ⅰ類錯(cuò)鉭最多39.49%,骨性Ⅱ類次之。骨開(kāi)裂以骨性Ⅱ類錯(cuò)鉭33.82%最多,骨性Ⅰ類次之。骨開(kāi)窗牙位以左上側(cè)切牙最高20.43%,骨開(kāi)裂牙位以左下側(cè)切牙最高6.65%。結(jié)論:正畸治療患者中,骨開(kāi)窗及骨開(kāi)裂的發(fā)生率分別為38.95%和20.43%,無(wú)性別差異,骨性Ⅰ類錯(cuò)鉭切牙區(qū)骨開(kāi)窗的發(fā)生率最高,以上側(cè)切牙為主,骨性Ⅱ類錯(cuò)鉭切牙區(qū)骨開(kāi)裂的發(fā)生率最高,以下中切牙為主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the incidence of fenestration and cracking of labial alveolar bone in malformed tantalum incisor by conical beam CT. Methods: from July 2010 to September 2015, 421 patients underwent conical beam CT scanning in orthodontics department of Hanzhong Stomatology Hospital. The incidence and distribution of alveolar bone fenestration and dehiscence in upper and lower incisors were analyzed. Statistical analysis was carried out.
