【摘要】：正在兒童口腔科診治過程中,患兒常出現(xiàn)不能配合醫(yī)生操作的情況,這種情況的發(fā)生常是因?yàn)榛純涸诰驮\過程中出現(xiàn)疼痛或恐懼。通過局麻雖然可以減輕疼痛,但不能完全消除患兒的疼痛和恐懼,無痛治療技術(shù)已成為兒童口腔科醫(yī)師幫助患兒應(yīng)付口腔治療帶來的壓力和避免不愉快就診過程的重要選擇。自19世紀(jì)40年代國內(nèi)外進(jìn)行了大量的兒童口腔科無痛治療技術(shù)的研究,該文對(duì)鎮(zhèn)痛、局部無痛麻醉儀、笑氣鎮(zhèn)
[Abstract]:In the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric stomatology, children often do not cooperate with the doctor, which often occurs because of pain or fear. Although pain can be alleviated by local anesthesia, pain and fear can not be completely eliminated. Painless treatment technology has become an important choice for pediatric stomatologists to help children cope with the stress brought by oral treatment and avoid unpleasant visits. Since the 1840s, a large number of painless treatment techniques in pediatric stomatology have been studied at home and abroad. This article deals with analgesia, local painless anaesthesia, and nitrous oxide.
