漢族人群硬腭黏膜厚度測量:CBCT圖像分析法和探查法的比較

【摘要】:背景:硬腭黏膜是牙周整形手術(shù)中結(jié)締組織瓣的主要來源,其厚度是影響手術(shù)效果的關(guān)鍵。目的:分析中國漢族人群硬腭黏膜厚度,并比較CBCT圖像分析法與探查法的測量一致性。方法:共招募30位漢族志愿者,總計300個牙位,使用CBCT圖像分析法和探查法分別測量硬腭黏膜厚度,并分析兩種方法的一致性。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)CBCT法測和探查法測得尖牙、第1前磨牙、第2前磨牙、第1磨牙及第2磨牙的硬腭黏膜厚度具有較高的一致性;(2)隨著距離齦緣的距離增加硬腭黏膜逐漸增厚;(3)從尖牙到第2磨牙不斷增厚,在尖牙處最薄,到第2磨牙處達(dá)到最厚;(4)研究首次測量中國漢族人群硬腭黏膜厚度,并證明探查法與CBCT圖像分析法具有較高的一致性。
[Abstract]:Background: hard palate mucosa is the main source of connective tissue flap in periodontal plastic surgery. Objective: to analyze the thickness of hard palate mucosa in Chinese Han population, and to compare the consistency between CBCT image analysis and exploratory method. Methods: a total of 300 teeth were recruited from 30 Han Chinese volunteers. The thickness of hard palate mucosa was measured by CBCT image analysis and probing method, and the consistency of the two methods was analyzed. Results and conclusion: (1) the thickness of hard palate mucosa in the first premolars, the second premolars, the first molars and the second molars was consistent with the CBCT method. (2) with the increase of the distance from gingival margin to the gingival margin, the hard palate mucosa gradually thickened. (3) from the canine to the second molar, the thickness was the thinnest at the canine and the thickest at the second molar. (4) the thickness of hard palate mucosa in Chinese Han population was measured for the first time, and it was proved that the exploratory method was in good agreement with the CBCT image analysis method.
