血卟啉單甲醚熒光光譜法輔助診斷早期口腔癌

【摘要】:目的:應(yīng)用動物模型探討血卟啉單甲醚(hematoporphyrinmonomethyl ether,HMME)介導的熒光光譜法輔助診斷早期口腔癌的可行性。方法:21只金黃地鼠隨機分成3組(對照組、5周組、9周組),每組7只,各組動物由DMBA誘導雙側(cè)頰囊相應(yīng)時間后,按10ml/kg經(jīng)腹腔注射20mg/L HMME溶液,用光譜診斷裝置分別記錄自體及HMME熒光,應(yīng)用Origin7.0軟件計算熒光比值K值,檢測位點經(jīng)病理切片HE染色定性.計算各組K值均值,SPSS10.0統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:動物實驗結(jié)果經(jīng)方差分析,3組K值均值相比有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:HMME介導的熒光光譜法能夠區(qū)分正常、異常增生和癌變組織,對口腔早期癌的診斷具有重要參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether (hematoporphyrinmonomethyl ether,HMME)-mediated fluorescence spectrometry in the diagnosis of early oral cancer. Methods: Twenty-one golden hamsters were randomly divided into three groups (control group, 5-week group, 9-week group), 7 in each group. After inducing bilateral cheek pouch by DMBA, the rats in each group were intraperitoneally injected with 20mg/L HMME solution according to 10ml/kg. Autofluorescence and HMME fluorescence were recorded by spectral diagnostic device. The fluorescence ratio K value was calculated by Origin7.0 software. The site was determined by HE staining in pathological sections. The average K value and SPSS10.0 statistical analysis were calculated. Results: the results of animal experiments were statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: HMME-mediated fluorescence spectrometry can distinguish normal, abnormal hyperplasia and cancerous tissue, and has important reference value for early diagnosis of oral cancer.
